Description
PMS Africa is seeking qualified and motivated PV Technicians to join our growing renewable energy team in South Africa and Zimbabwe. The successful candidates will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Requirements
Certificate, Diploma, or Trade Qualification in Electrical Engineering or Renewable Energy. Minimum 2 years' experience in solar PV installations. Experience with hybrid and off-grid systems. Knowledge of inverter brands such as Deye, Sunsynk, Victron, or similar. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings. Valid driver's license (advantageous). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Solar PV certification. Experience with battery storage systems. Working-at-heights certification. Team leadership experience.
