Description
We need a procurement professional who has bought for a working mine and knows how to keep a plant running. You will source spares, consumables, reagents and services locally and from South Africa and China, making sure the right goods reach site on time and at the right price.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Purchasing and Supply, Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
- At least 4 years of procurement experience at an operating mine, plant or mining supplier.
- Practical experience importing goods into Zimbabwe, including customs clearance.
- Good knowledge of mining consumables, mechanical spares and reagents.
- Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and an ERP system.
