Our client is looking for a hands-on and analytical Operations & Supply Chain Manager to oversee warehouse, distribution, stock control, and operational systems across the business. Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day warehouse, distribution, receiving, dispatch, and stock control operations. • Manage warehouse teams and ensure efficient truck offloading and stock movement. • Oversee stock takes, stock counts, and stock freshness reporting. • Manage Van Sales warehouse operations and the MPOS system. • Project manage the expansion and development of the MPOS/CRM system. • Identify and implement improvements to operational systems, processes, and controls. • Support demand planning, forecasting, and data analysis. • Investigate stock discrepancies and ensure timely resolution. • Liaise with clearing agents and coordinate import documentation and duty calculations. • Prepare and review operational and management reports. • Provide operational support to senior management.
