We are seeking experienced Maintenance Fitters to join a leading food manufacturing site located 10–15 minutes south-west of Bendigo. These full-time positions operate on a 7-on, 7-off rotating roster across days and nights, offering excellent work-life balance and strong earning potential. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Maintenance Fitters will be responsible for maintaining production and packaging equipment across several key processing areas. You'll play a vital role in minimising downtime, ensuring equipment reliability, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
