A Harare based FMCG company is seeking reliable and skilled Machine Operators to operate an Automated Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) that will be responsible for downpacking granular dry goods such as rice, macaroni etc. DUTIES: 1. Configure, start, and operate sachet packaging machines for daily production runs. 2. Maintain accurate records of maintenance, machine downtime, and production volume. 3. Perform daily, weekly, or monthly preventive maintenance, including lubrication, cleaning, and replacing worn parts. 4. Monitor machine output for seal integrity, weight accuracy, and packaging quality. 5. Adhere to safety, sanitation, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines. 6. Identify and resolve mechanical malfunctions promptly to minimize production downtime. 7. Any other work-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
