Description

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Loans Officer to manage and grow our commercial lending portfolio. In this role, you will evaluate, authorize, and manage business loan applications, ensuring sound credit risk management while delivering high-quality service to business clients.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of experience as a Loans Officer or Credit Analyst specializing in SME lending. Technical Skills: Strong financial statement analysis, credit scoring expertise. Key Competencies: Excellent negotiation, risk assessment, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
