A newly established microfinance institution is recruiting a Loans Officer with a background in microlending This should include payroll-based lending (private schemes and civil service), collateral-backed loans, and SME/asset-based financing, along with some exposure to medium- to high-value clients. Assess and process loan applications in line with internal policy and industry standards.
