ZSE Holdings is recruiting a part-time Human Resources & People Partner (0.5 FTE). This is not a traditional HR-administration role. ZSE Holdings wants an experienced practitioner who can help managers recruit well, manage performance, handle employee-relations issues, maintain sound people processes and build accountability without creating unnecessary bureaucracy. The successful candidate will operate as a lean strategic partner to the CEO and management team and coordinate specialist or outsourced support where needed.
