HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or equivalent. IPMZ membership will be an added advantage. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role, with at least 2 years in a mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry environment. Demonstrable, strong appreciation and working knowledge of Zimbabwean Labour Law, NEC Mining agreements, and dispute resolution procedures is essential. Experience in handling disciplinary hearings, retrenchments, and union negotiations. In-depth knowledge of the Labour Act [Chapter 28:01], SI 71 of 2026, and NEC Mining CBA. Strong Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution skills. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR/Payroll systems. Ability to work under pressure in a demanding mining environment and make objective, law-based decisions.
