To establish and manage the company’s human capital function and develop a competent, ethical, performance-driven workforce aligned to the company’s growth strategy.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Public Administration or related discipline. Relevant professional HR membership/certification is an added advantage. At least 5 years experience in human capital management, employee relations or organisational development. Knowledge of Zimbabwean labour legislation, job grading, performance management, remuneration and HR systems. Experience in construction, engineering, public entities or project-based organisations is an added advantage.
