Description
We have been exclusively engaged by our client, a leading Financial Institution, to assist with the recruitment and selection of a dynamic and strategic leader to fill the critical role of Human Capital Executive.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for shaping the culture, talent and reward philosophy of the Bank. The role extends beyond traditional HR functions, encompassing a broader view of organisational development, performance management, employee experience and strategic workforce planning.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or related field.
Master's Degree (MBA or equivalent).
IPMZ Diploma is an added advantage.
Minimum of 10 years' experience in Human Resources Management, of which 5 years or more must be at Executive level.
High level of computer literacy, application of modern technologies and HR AI Digital Tools.
Extensive experience in Organisational Development or a related field, with a track record of driving employee engagement and experience.
