• Minimum qualification: National Certificate in Machineshop Engineering (Class 1 Journeyman) • 5 O’ Levels, including Mathematics and English • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Hardworking with initiative • High attention to detail and accuracy • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good organisational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
