Finealt Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Officer to join its Finance & Administration Department. Key Responsibilities Prepare financial statements, reports, schedules and disclosures. Analyse financial performance and key performance indicators. Prepare audit packs and support internal and external audits. Address audit findings and recommend improvements to financial controls. Identify financial control gaps and support implementation of appropriate controls and systems. Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. Evaluate investment proposals and provide financial analysis for management decision-making. Maintain accurate financial records and support statutory compliance. Monitor inventory and related financial controls.
