An integrated agro-industrial group is seeking the services of a Finance Manager to support the Finance Director in building a strong financial foundation for growth. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic environment, ideal for someone who thrives in start ups and wants to make a real impact. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations including accounting and treasury Support cashflow management, debt management Prepare management accounts, budgets, board reports. Ensure IFRS compliant financial statements are prepared. Help design and implement effective internal controls. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
5 years of experience in finance, 2 years in mining industries strongly recommended. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting plus ACCA or CIMA.
