Implements cost optimization initiatives across mining operations without compromising safety or production targets. Supports mine development projects, plant upgrades, exploration programs, and strategic expansion initiatives through financial analysis. Ensures compliance with tax regulations, mining royalties, environmental levies, and corporate governance standards. Directs enterprise risk management, audit processes, and financial control systems. Engages with investors, regulators, auditors, government authorities, and joint venture partners. Leads and mentors finance, accounting, treasury, procurement, and commercial teams. Promotes accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement within the finance function.
