Principal Accountabilities • Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports • Monitors cash flow, revenue, expenses, and overall profitability • Analyses financial performance and provides recommendations to the CEO • Develops budgets, forecasts, and financial projections • Ensures compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements • Coordinates external audits and resolves audit queries • Maintains accurate accounting records and internal financial controls • Supervises payroll processing, reconciliations, and treasury functions • Manages accounts payable, receivable, and banking relationships • Advises the CEO on financial risks, opportunities, and strategic initiatives • Prepares board reports and executive financial presentations Leads and mentors finance staff while promoting accountability and efficiency
