Carry out installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems, equipment, lighting and power distribution within Turnstar properties. Conduct routine inspections, testing and preventative maintenance to ensure reliability and safety of electrical installations. Respond timeously to electrical faults, emergencies and maintenance requests from tenants and internal stakeholders. Assist with electrical work on refurbishments, fit-outs and minor projects as assigned. Ensure that all work complies with relevant electrical standards, statutory requirements and company policies. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used and test results.
