Our client is looking for a qualified and experienced Electrical / Mechanical Foreman to join their team in the Mining & Processing Operations. Minimum Requirements: Supervise and coordinate electrical and mechanical maintenance activities. Ensure plant and equipment availability through effective planned and breakdown maintenance. Lead and manage artisans, assistants, and contractors on site. Ensure compliance with Mine Health & Safety Act (MHSA), company procedures, and engineering standards. Conduct inspections, fault finding, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure completion of work orders. Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports. Ensure safe work practices and adherence to lockout and isolation procedures. Assist with shutdown planning and project execution. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment performance and reliability. Key Competencies: Leadership and team management. Planning and organisational skills. Minimum Requirements: Recognised Trade Test Certificate (Electrical or Mechanical). Foreman Certificate or Supervisory Qualification will be advantageous. Minimum 5 years' post-trade experience within the mining, processing, or heavy industrial sector. Previous supervisory or foreman experience. Strong knowledge of plant maintenance, fault finding, and preventative maintenance systems. Computer literacy (MS Office and maintenance management systems). Valid driver's license. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
