Description
We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Country Manager to lead and scale our Zimbabwe operations. Responsibilities include owning country P&L, building strategic relationships, overseeing operations, managing compliance and risk, and team building.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics, Tech or related. MBA preferred. Experience: 8–10 years in Fintech, Banking, Telecoms, or Digital Credit. 3–5 years in senior/country leadership. Track Record: P&L ownership, scaling platforms, closing B2B deals, managing distribution/agent networks. Network: Strong connections within Zim financial institutions, retail, and regulatory bodies. Skills: Digital credit, BNPL, mobile payments, negotiation, and leadership.
