Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Computer Hardware & IT Support Professional to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting the college's computer hardware, networking equipment, and IT infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted academic and administrative operations.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in computer hardware maintenance and technical support (fresh graduates with strong practical skills may also apply). Good knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware, printers, networking devices, and operating systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with Windows installation, software deployment, and peripheral device configuration. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
