HASTT Zimbabwe is looking for suitably qualified, skilled and experienced Class 1 Welders to join our team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform high-quality welding and fabrication work in accordance with approved specifications and drawings. Carry out MIG, ARC and/or other welding processes as required. Read and interpret engineering drawings and welding specifications. Prepare, fit, align and weld metal components and structures. Inspect completed welds to ensure compliance with required quality standards. Identify welding defects and carry out necessary corrective work. Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently. Conduct routine checks and maintain welding equipment and tools. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements at all times. Maintain good housekeeping within the work area. Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor.
