Entails monitoring and analysing kiln, cooler and mill operations, chemical composition of raw materials, clinker and cement. Includes conducting daily XRF and other physico-chemical analysis and interpreting results for process adjustment. Involves optimization of plant operations, attending to process deviations and recommendation of corrective actions. Requires following of SOPs and adherence to SHEQ Management System standards. Requires ability to interpret process diagrams and manuals in Mandarin. Entails the ability to relate Chinese process standards to other international standards.
