Description

Adheres to safety, health and environment rules and regulations Interprets specifications, drawings, job orders and fabricates as required Identifies safety risks and precautions required to eliminate those risks Trains apprentices on job specific requirements Repairs and replace plant structures, mill sump, chutes, pipes and any other material as required Performs daily plant inspections / checks to ensure plant availability Performs fabrication duties during mill relines and cone crusher relines. Attends to plant breakdowns on daily basis Ensures safe keeping and acquisition of boiler shop equipment i.e oxy – fuel
