Description
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused and results-driven Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Hotel Manager in overseeing the dayto-day operations of the hotel, ensuring excellent guest service, operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel management or supervisory role
• In-depth knowledge of managing food and beverages is an added advantage
• Knowledge of health, safety and hygiene regulations
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
