ACCOUNTANT

Description

Oversees the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts. Manages cash flow, working capital, and financial controls. Ensures compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements. Monitors financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management. Supervises accounting operations including payables, receivables, payroll, and reconciliations. Coordinates audits and liaises with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies. Develops and implements efficient financial systems and internal controls. Supports procurement, operational, and investment decision-making processes. Leads and mentors the finance team to ensure high performance and accountability.
