Description
The Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, safeguarding the Fund’s assets, and producing timely financial reports that support management decision-making.
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. A completed or partially completed professional qualification, such as ACCA, CIMA, or CA, is preferred. At least three (3) years’ accounting experience in a senior role, including responsibility for preparing accounts through to the balance sheet. Knowledge of ZIMRA requirements, IFRS and Zimbabwe Tax Law. Strong Microsoft Excel skills and attention to detail. High level of integrity and ability to meet tight deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
