Key Responsibilities Recording transactions such as income and outgoing and posting them to various accounts. Preparing VAT and PAYE return forms. Submitting return forms to ZIMRA and filing. Billing customers per trip/load. Working out real trip costs. Fuel management. Following up on overdue invoices. Conducting daily banking activities. Producing various financial reports. Reconciling reports to third-party records such as bank statements.
